"Whatever course you decide upon, there
is always someone to tell you that you are wrong.
There are always difficulties arising which tempt
you to believe that your critics are right. To map
out a course of action and follow it to an end requires...courage."

" Honestly, you have put
lot of efforts to make this website magnificent, great
job done. Most important thing, you put lot of efforts
in preserving our heritage. I see, it has lot of information,
but still has potential to grow more. It is just the
beginning.
TheHome page itself is very eye-catching, colorful,
has a magnificent royal look, very attractive and
has clear to understand icons. Later, you can add
more as you start gathering more information about,
arts, painting, Deccani poetry (antique literature),
ornaments and jewelry etc.
Now, I know how you look like? It was interesting
to read your profile. Once again congratulations,
wonderful job done."

Events by Mufeed
Mufeed Conference 2006
Summer camps
Mufeed have organised summer camps every July ever since
July 2003. We have had 3 very successful summer camps so
far which have been rated highly by the doctors and their
families who attended them.
4-6 July 2003:
Summer camp held at Eskmeals, Western Lake district was
Mufeed's first nature event that involved overnight camping.
The summer camp involved a picnic at the highly picturesque
Wastwater Lake.
2-4 July 2004:
This was held again in the Lakes but this time on the banks
of a small lake on the western banks of the beautiful Windermere.
1-3 July 2005:
This summer camp was packed full of high-adrenaline activity
in the southern Peak district. About 25 doctors took part
in an abseiling event off an unused railway bridge.
7-9 July 2006:
The next Summer camp is scheduled for the above dates in
the southern peaks again and we are confident of hosting
more adrenergic activities than ever before.
Ramzan Eid meetings
Mufeed have held annual Ramzaan Eid celebrations ever since
1998. These events are always popular with doctors and their
families geeting together after the Eid to exchange greetings.
Help and mentoring to Junior Doctors
Mufeed have helped more than a hundred overseas Junior doctors
and dentists when they arrive in this country from abroad
and before they have secured a job. The assistance has been
financial in order that the newly arrived doctors and dentists
pay for their accommodation and sustenance. These doctors
have tended to find accommodation in a few towns and cities
of the UK but mainly in Liverpool and more recently Nuneaton.
Mufeed also helps these doctors and dentists with career
guidance including conducting small seminars on CV writing,
mock interviews, mentoring schemes and book schemes.
The vast majority of these doctors have been successful
in passing their exams and securing jobs in the NHS despite
stiff competition.

abroad. Let us break the barriers and build the bridges.
BIJAPURIAN'S
ABROAD
- By Mohammad Sadiq.S.Sindgi
After
persuing their education from Bijapur, some of the
Bijapurians inspired by the pioneers started flying
abroad for the greener pastures. The lack of industries,
less opportunities, expectations from families and
the dream to become better successful in life made
them leave the comfort of their houses .
Today
Bijapurians are doing well abroad in their capacities.
Many are successful in their jobs assignments
& businesses as well.
There
are many of them working in Middle East, countries
like Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar,
Oman and Libya. The 1970 Oil boom - the black
gold- created many opportunities for such aspirants.
People got attracted towards these countries.
Someof them returned and joined the main stream
of life back in the home country . Some are still
working and dreaming of going back to their mother
land and do something on their own. But anyways
the success of these Bijapur NRI's could be seen
in the successful change of upliftment in their
families and thats how they are helping in building
a good society to li ve in. They are working hard
,here to give better education to their children,
have a good shelter, credit free life and the
basic amenities for the families and people in
general
During
80's onward even highly qualified professionals
started venturing towards the land of possibilities
the US and Europe. We came to know from different
circles that Bijapurians are doing good in these
countries. Some of them are exceptionally good
in their jobs.
The
Successful IT Boom since 1990 onward is propelling
many Engineers from the state capital, Bangalore
comapnies to MNCs aboard. Many are successful
players in Software Industries churning out Software
and IT products of world class
